rovian Realm is a Burovian Commonwealth, a unique form of government where a group of individuals forming an administering association (the BWA) form the RealmsCabinet, which works closely with publicly elected officials (RealmsPrefects) from each Prefecture in the Realm's 16 total Dominions.

There are 3 RealmsPrefects appointed from each Prefecture of the Realm, together comprising the RealmsPrefectoriate, which meets weekly with the RealmsCabinet in the RealmsCapital city of Surina (Chungxipang). The RealmsPrefectoriate's function is to ensure that the centralized BWA Government acts in the best interest of ALL people of the Realm. The RealmsPrefects work closely with the RealmsCabinet in an advisory manner.

The RealmsCabinet is headed up by the High Officers of the

BWA, a group of individuals holding key RealmsCabinet positions, including the RealmsPresident, the Vice President of the Realm, the RealmsChancellor, the Chairperson and Spokesperson of the BWA, and four key RealmsMinisters. The remainder of the RealmsCabinet is comprised of the General Officers of the BWA, which are the remaining RealmsMinisters.

The RealmsPrefectoriate has the power to submit a vote of no confidence on any of the RealmsCabinet members, or if otherwise deemed to be derelict of their duties, in violation of the best interests of the People of the Realm, in which case the RealmsCabinet will convene a special session to determine the future of the RealmsCabinet member in question, and to appoint a possible replacement, if necessary.

The Burovian World Assembly (BWA):

The BWA was founded as the Bureau of Westrian Affaires, an organization devoted to the representation of the interests of ethnic Westrians living in the Westrian diaspora Vexillium-wide, before the formal establishment of the Free Nation of Westria in 298. The BWA was instrumental in lobbying the Republic of Armatirion to cede land for the establishment of a new Westrian Nation. The BWA has since become the administering authority over the Westrian nation and several other territories of the former Westrian diaspora.

With time, n

umerous countries of non-Westrian ethnicity have opted to join the BWA-administered Realm, which necessitated for the BWA to transform into a management organization that serves and governs all ethnic groups of the Realm impartially and equally. As such, the Bureau of Westrian Affaires was aptly renamed Burovian World Assembly (BWA), and its headquarters was moved from Federality in Westria to the historic international crossroad city of Surina, Chungxipang.

All Realm government entities, official Realm correspondence, positions, and statements, the Realm's diplomatic relations, and all other Realmwide administration matters are overseen and managed by the BWA.

The RealmsCapital - the Global City of Surina:

While initially the RealmsCapital was situated in Westria, in the Aurelius suburb of Föderaliteit (Federality), with the shift from being a Westrian-oriented organization towards an international Commonwealth, the BWA felt it was more appropriate to shift the seat of government and capital city to the ancient city of Surina on the fabled Surin Peninsula in Chungxipang, a city which has for centuries been an international crossroads of culture, trade, and international relations. Surina has throughout history served as a major sea port, and is host to countless international organizations, conferences, treaty signings, conventions, peace talks, and summits.

Surina is located in the heart

of Vexillium, on the edge of the Cisgronkian Ocean connecting the Old and New Continents. Surina is also the secondary headquarters of the United Nations of Vexillium.

As the RealmsCapital, it is now a place that is not a monument to politics, but to the People of the Realm, and to their achievements in science, culture , education, and human rights - with the BWA merely serving as their humble agent of representation.
