Ladies and Gentlemen of the IVC:

After the great success of the Sanx 301 Winter Games, and the ever growing passion for the VexGames movement Vexillium-wide which we have to thank all the previous organizers for, we believe it is time to finally bring the Games to the Old Continent. Therefore, the City of Seepaeyguey herewith declares its candidacy for the 302 Winter VexGames.

As you could see in Sanx, a majority of the medals won by the Westermarc team can be attributed to athletes from Seepaeyguey, the winter sports capital of the Old Continent. Thus we believe that we will be more than worthy hosts for the 302 event. Our facilities are already some of Vexillium's best, our slopes are legendary, and we will work very, very hard to build even better facilities to support the Games, where needed.

We also believe in improving the tone of competition between the competing bid cities. We disagreed with some of the statements made by the Sanx 301 organizers, and we want to approach the contest with Santa Maria and any other candidates that may enter, with the utmost fairness.

With great joy, we present to you our bid to hold the 302 Winter Vexilliad in scenic Seepaeyguey City and surrounds, the perfect setting with a historical tie to winter sports. We have already made major upgrades to our already excellent facilities, so we may be a worthy host to the Vexillium community of peaceful nations, competing at the top levels of winter sports. We hope you will look kindly upon our application, and are hopeful as to your decision to award the Games!

WHERE AND WHAT IS SEEPAEYGUEY?

Seepaeyguey is located in Northwestern Westermarc (Chakrazipang), inside the Prefecture of the same name, and surrounded by the great mountain range of the same name. In fact, "Seepaeyguey" means roughly translated, "High towering snowy peaks" in the language of the indigenous people.

Seepaeyguey has about 2.2 million inhabitants, and is thus not only the sixth largest city of Westermarc, but also one of the largest mountainous and high-altitude cities of Vexillium! Due to its awesome surroundings and natural beauty, Seepaeyguey is the undisputed wintersports capital of Westermarc, and one of the top winter sports locations on the planet. Most of Westermarc's winter sports prowess is directly connected to Seepaeyguey in one way or another. Millions of tourists visit the city and the Prefecture every year.
