The above referees have been carefully selected by the IVEFA from a pool of over 560 applicants from all countries of Nova Vexillium.  Referees were judged on their past records, international experience, knowledge of the rules and history of the game, and physical condition.  Many officials consider it the highlight of their career to get the opportunity to referee in the supreme soccer tournament, the Vexillium Cup!
